Launchpad is not loading Tiles

User is not assigned properly: role missing

1. Use Keycloak to assign client role (41ff73c9719a42bdb0348355114ceb82) to the user.

2. Verify that the logged user has appropriate roles (iem_user or admin).

3. In Keycloak, navigate to users section and click view all users.

   

4. Select your user and go to the Role Mappings tab.

5. Select the 41ff73c9719a42bdb0348355114ceb82 ID from the Client Roles drop-down list.

6. Verify that the user or role is assigned and visible within Effective Roles.
