Ecosystem Prod Environment

"Ecosystem Prod" is an Industrial Edge Hub environment where the Industrial Edge team releases their software 6 weeks in advance to the official release. "Ecosystem Prod" aims to:

• Device Builders gain access to the Industrial Edge Device Kit 6 weeks in advance.
• Application Provider are provided access to new device versions ideally 3 weeks prior to the official release.
• Application Provider are invited to validate their applications with the new device version, prior to the official release

Rules of Ecosystem Prod

• The Ecosystem Prod environment is for unproductive testing of applications and devices only.
• The process for Device Builder is descriped in the following Realease Process
• Access to Ecosystem Prod is only granted to official App Provider, Device Builder and Solution Partner.

Investment & Implimentation for Users

To use the Ecosystem Prod environment you need to get access to the Ecosystem Prod Hub. For the purpose of testing, you will receive a new tenant. Since this is a new Hub enviroment, you need to create and setup a new IEM-instance. So your Prod and Ecosystem Prod environemnt are not connected to each other at any point in time.

How do I get access to the system?

If you identify in the role of official Device Builder, App Provider or Solution Partner, please get in touch with your Ecosystem Orchestrator. The colleagues will respond to your request and provide you with respective information.
