Setup IECTL on Windows

After downloading IECTL from IEHUB, unzip it to a folder and follow the installation process mentioned below:

Installation

Append or prepend the IECTL folder to your PATH environment variable.

Example: In case your iectl.exe is in folder C:\Users\myuser\Downloads\iectl-windows.
Append C:\Users\myuser\Downloads\iectl-windows to you PATH environment variable.

Verify Installation

Test to ensure the version you installed is up-to-date:

iectl version

Note
On Windows, your antivirus-software may treat iectl.exe as threat. To use the IECTL on Windows, add the iectl.exe in the antivirus exclusions.
